Leading Through Change: A Leadership Development Course
Project Title:
Leading Through Change: A Leadership Development Course
Client or Context: This is a combination of a few change management modules I have made for internal leadership development at two of my past corporate roles.
Project Overview: To support people managers in navigating organizational change more effectively, I designed and developed an interactive eLearning course titled Leading Through Change using Rise 360. The course equips leaders with actionable strategies to support their teams emotionally and operationally during transitions.
Tool Used: Articulate Rise 360 & integrated content library
Instructional Approach:
Built around Bloom's Taxonomy for measurable objectives
Lessons divided into bite-sized sections with a blend of text, imagery, and interaction (accordion, process block, quizzes)
Focused on the emotional journey of change, communication techniques, and practical leadership behaviors.
Incorporated frequent knowledge checks to reinforce learning and encourage reflection.
Highlights:
Designed using change management models (e.g., Kubler-Ross curve, Bridges' Transition Model) to ensure psychological relevance.
Emphasized real-world application through relatable scenarios and action checklists.
Integrated micro-interactions (quizzes, process steps, reflections) to keep learners actively engaged without cognitive overload.
