For the first 18 years of my career, I dedicated myself to understanding how students learn most effectively in the classroom. After nearly two decades, I decided to explore a new path, focusing on corporate learning and applying my expertise in this domain. Upon completing my Specialist degree in Instructional Technology in 2o19, I was well-prepared to transition my skills and knowledge to an audience of adult learners. 

I am dedicated to developing efficient systems and workflows that enhance the learning and training process. I am passionate about developing interactive, learner-centered eLearning experiences and materials that empower individuals to achieve their goals and succeed, along with helping companies solve and overcome any challenges they may face. I take pride in designing tailored solutions and then leveraging data analysis to ensure their effectiveness.
