Sponsors VS Mentors - What's the Difference?

Project Overview:  This was an infographic created and shared at the beginning of a sponsorship program. The need analysis showed that learners needed a clear understanding of the difference between a sponsor and a mentor for both delivery and expectations.

Tool Used: Canva

Instructional Approach:

• Built in Canva as a solution based on data from a needs assessment conducted prior to the beginning of the program.

• Infographic created to address questions and needs prior to beginning the program

• Focused on the misconception needs, definitions of each and the difference, actionable items, and expectations.

Highlights:

• Designed using needs analysis data from a needs analysis assessment sent via survey to all who had signed up for the program, including C-suit sponsors and those wanting sponsorship in the company. 

• Emphasized real-world application actional items and clear understanding of the difference between the two types of roles.
