Good learning design starts long before the first slide gets built. 

I begin with a needs analysis to understand what's really driving a request, then design for the people who will actually use it. I choose the format that fits the problem, whether that's a Rise course, a Storyline scenario, a short video or a one-page job aid. Every project below started with a real need and was built to be accessible, practical, and easy to update.
