Video Creation 

Introduction: Vyond is my go-to for scenario-based and character-driven video learning, particularly useful for translating dense or sensitive content (clinical research, compliance topics) into something approachable. I've used it at both Catalight and Elevate to turn technical source material into content direct-care staff and new hires actually retain. 

Challenge: Most portfolio visitors skim past a text-based bio without really reading it, so a wall of paragraph text wasn't going to help someone understand who I am, what I care about, and what I can do for their team in the time they're willing to spend on an About page. 

Approach: I ran a simplified needs analysis on what a visitor actually needs to walk away knowing in under two minutes, then wrote and scene-labeled a script built around that short list instead of trying to cover everything. I produced it in Vyond, pairing voice-over with visual storytelling so it felt like a real introduction rather than narrated bullet points. 

Result: Replaced the traditional text bio as the first thing visitors see on the site — the Home page now leads with "skip the boring bio, meet me instead" rather than a paragraph of prose.
